
Pre-feeder
- Auto feeding, one operator.
- Equipped with left, right and back squaring device to ensure smooth feeding.
Feeding unit
- Non-lifting grid Lead edge feeding, suction blower of inverter control, order data setting, maximum capacity to ensure feeding precision.
- Free-of-pressure of top-suction collecting and digital gap control. No loss of compressive strength and keep board property, saving paper grammage requirement, meanwhile, strong suction force to avoid dust entering to print unit and reduce cleaning work.
- Hard chrome engraved roll of upper feeding roll and chrome plating grinding roll of lower feeding roll.
- Left baffle, right baffle, front baffle and back baffle are NC adjustable automatically during order change.
- Rail-latching device for enhanced running stability.
- Touch screen for individual unit control and main status display.
Printing unit
- Vacuum Suction conveying, motorized gap control at order changing; width-related suction force adjustment is for different sheet width.
- Ceramic anilox roll with quick change mechanism (steel anilox roll is optional, LPI is customerized )
- Metering system: doctor blade system from Korea with metering motor.
- Easy ink handling with stainless steel ink chamber.
- Pneumatic diaphragm ink flow pump. Pneumatic control for pumping speed and ink discharging.
- Steel printing cylinder with surface chromed and grounded. Ratchet wheel plate-mounting device is adopted. Servo motor for registration adjustment. Motorized lateral adjustment for printing cylinder (±10mm) and auto reset to middle place when order changing.
- Low ink level alarm device.
- When start feeding, the sequence printing cylinder is loaded one by one at first-sheet arrival to avoid color deviation.
Slotting unit
- Three-shaft structure: pre-scoring, scoring, slotting. Quick changing scoring rubber tape mechanism; three scoring gaps are motorized adjustment at order changing.
- Steel scoring and slotting shafts with chromed and grounded treatment.
- Slotting knife, pre-scoring wheel and scoring wheel are driven by precise right angle gear box. Motorized linkage adjustment at order changing with dial display and mechanical anti-collision design.
- Servo motor control for registration adjustment at order changing.
- Case-height locking mechanism on slotting register adjustment avoiding deviation during running. Anti-collision case-height adjustment mechanism.
- Middle slotting carriage is fixed (motorized adjustment is optional)
- Equipped with two sets of hand hole cutting attachments.
Die-cutting unit
- Steel anvil cylinder with surface chromed and grounded.
- Imported anvil cover from U.S.A
- Mechanical lateral movement mechanism (±20mm) and automatic surface speed tracking mechanism, improving life time of anvil cover and enhancing die-cutting precision.
- Anvil cover-leveling device for uneven cover wear.
- Motorized die-cutting gap adjustment at order changing.
- Steel die-cutting cylinder, hard chrome plating treatment on surface, servo motor control for die-cutting registration adjustment
- Equipped with long belt waste stripping device.
Stripping and stacking unit
- Clamping device to realize multi-outs stacking.
- Maximum stacking height: 1600mm
- Automatic and manual control for the lifter are both available.
- Transverse scrap-removal device.
